If you feel moved to bring out your mat in the next few days, remember you can keep it really simple and you'll still feel the better for it. A few sun salutations, maybe some poses your kids can join in with. In my household, we recently rediscovered this YogaKids DVD, which keeps the kids occupied while I sneak in a few extra stretches. A little yoga makes for a happy holiday!
